At Flawless-Care, we stand behind the quality and functionality of every product we ship. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process to ensure your peace of mind.

This policy applies to all physical products purchased directly through our website.

🔄 Returns

Return Eligibility:

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Non-returnable items include:

  • Used or visibly damaged items
  • Opened sanitary or medical products (e.g., thermometers, paw balms, IV kits) for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at checkout

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Partial refunds may be granted if:

  • The returned item is not in its original condition
  • The item is missing parts not due to our error
  • The return was initiated after the 30-day window

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
